Here we are, the end of one of the most popular television series of all time, and people are still talking about it. We have heard rumors and empty promises that there are some “Game of Thrones” spin-offs in the works, but thanks to the creators of the show, we can rule out one characters story being told.
Here we are, 8 seasons and so many character deaths. For such a divisive season that separated the fan base, with most loving it and others hating it, I can say that HBO‘s “Game of Thrones” went out on a high note. The end of the Stark story had finally arrived and it brought tears of joy to the faces of its viewers.
As we grow closer to the ultimate finale for the most popular show on television right now, everyone is wondering who will take the iron throne. Will it be Daenarys Targaryen, mother of dragons? Or will it be Jon Snow, also known as Aegon Targaryen, who has the true claim to the throne but denies it at every turn?
It seems as though, lately Disney has been everywhere. Now here they are to announce that the next few installments of the “Star Wars” franchise, after “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker“. Starting after the hiatus that the series will be taking until 2022, writers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will be taking control of the series.
As much as I try to defend this show and this season… I can’t after this episode. So many problems plagued this episode. Characters motivations were unjustified and their actions often didn’t make sense. Now, there is some upsides to this episode but overall, the episode kind of fell flat for an episode that was supposed to be so influential.
As people may know by now, “Game of Thrones” is on their second to last episode. With next Sunday being the final episode to the legendary HBO show. Everyone is talking about what may or may not happen in this show, to the point where even the actors can’t hold in their excitement.
Yet another amazing episode for the legendary series of “Game of Thrones”, this episode seemed to lack some excitement off the hype of the last episode, or even the one before that. Although not a bad episode, this episode is better than the first of this season but doesn’t hold up to the last two episodes. It’s also interesting to note that we still see relationships and characters grow within the last couple episodes of the series.
The battle of Winterfell. The battle of the living vs the dead. What a battle it was, no episode in “Game of Thrones” history was anything like this one. Rocketing the season into full swing and bringing exactly what was expected after the last season ended.
