Disney CEO Apologizes To School For Lion King Billing

News broke earlier this week that Disney sent an elementary school a bill for $250 because they played the new “live action” version of “The Lion King” during a fundraiser. The film, which had been purchased by a parent for the event at Emerson Elementary in California, was shown to a large crowd which opted Disney to charge the school a licensing fee for screening the film.

Originally scheduled for a release date much farther away, Disney CEO Bob Iger confirmed during the Disney earnings call that “WandaVision” and “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” will be coming much sooner than expected.

Rian Johnson Ousted From Star Wars And Lucasfilms?

Rumors are abound as to what the future to the Star Wars franchise is going to like. Will there be more trilogies? Will there be more spin-offs? Will there be more money milking from Disney?
