Synopsis: BENNY CALLS DEAN FOR HELP — After Benny gets brutally beat up by some vampires, he calls Dean for help. Dean abruptly packs up and tells a confused Sam that he’s taking a “personal day.” Benny confesses that he’s going after his Maker (guest star Patrick Stafford) so Dean offers to help, flashing back on the many times Benny helped him and Castiel in Purgatory. Meanwhile, Sam uses his solo time to reflect on the life he left behind with Amelia (guest star Liane Balaban). However, when things go bad for Dean and Benny, Dean calls Sam for help, which makes everything very complicated. Guy Bee directed the episode written by Ben Edlund.
Horrific Halloween! Product of Hate teams with Bloody-Disgusting for premiere of “The Unholy Manipulator” short film starring HELLRAISER’s Ashley Laurence
Just in time for Halloween, Wisconsin’s PRODUCT OF HATE has teamed up with Bloody-Disgusting.com for the online premiere of their long-awaited short film, “The Unholy Manipulator.”Starring Ashley Laurence (HELLRAISER) in the title role, and featuring Tim Lovelace (MOSQUITO) as her victim, the film features special make-up and visual FX by Robert Kurtzman’s Creature Corps. Kurtzman (Creator of FROM DUSK ‘TILL DAWN, director of WISHMASTER) also served as a producer on the ambitious short film.
Johnny Depp stars in Tim Burton’s “Dark Shadows” based on the cult television series. Barnabas Collins (Johnny Depp) has been trapped for two centuries by an evil witch (Eva Green) who just happens to be an ex lover. Barnabas now has to struggle with the ever changing 1970s and save his families business! The cast is rounded out by Michelle Pfeiffer, Helena Bonham Carter, Chloe Grace Moretz, Jonny Lee Miller and more, and is a hell of a fun movie.

King Richard’s Faire, New England’s largest and longest-running Renaissance Festival, opens its 2012 season on September 1 and runs through October 21, 2012 on weekends and Monday holidays (Labor Day, Columbus Day). Tucked away on 80 acres of beautiful, enchanted forest off Rt. 58, King Richard’s Faire is a full day of live, interactive entertainment for all ages, including exotic tigers and a rare liger, daring knights jousting on horseback, and eight stages filled with song and dance.
Guests can mingle with royal subjects and performers, and tantalize their taste buds with the Faire’s delicious spit-roasted turkey legs, buttery ears of corn, boules filled with chowder and stew, ringlets of fries, champagne, wine and brew. Shoppers can stroll through the 16th century village filled with the wares of more than 100 unique and talented artisans. At every turn, guests will encounter minstrels, musicians, acrobats, stilt walkers, giant life-size puppets, mud beggars and more special surprises.
