Ozzy Osbourne Comes Clean About His Battle With Parkinson’s

Rock legend and entertainer, Ozzy Osbourne has just announced some critical information about his health. Known for his crazy antics on stage and off, with some examples being that time he ate a bat on stage and that time he peed on the Alamo, Ozzy Osbourne has been a public icon for the music industry for many many years, and he is now releasing the information regarding his struggle with his own health.

In a recent interview with Good Morning America Ozzy said,
“I feel better now that I’ve owned up to the fact that I have a case of Parkinson’s, and I just hope (my fans) hang on and they’re there for me because I need them.

Through the last year Ozzy has had what he calls “the worst year” of his life. With multiple health issues such as a severe infection and very bad fall, Ozzy has been going through a lot physically in the last year.

His wife and manager Sharon Osbourne, said that her husband suffers from “PRKN 2, which is a form of Parkinson’s,” She continued, “There’s so many different types of Parkinson’s.It’s not a death sentence by any stretch of the imagination, but it does affect certain nerves in your body. It’s like you have a good day, a good day and then a really bad day.”

Ozzy Osbourne said he is now undergoing treatment for the disease and that he wants to reassure his fans,
I ain’t done yet. I ain’t gonna go anywhere yet.”
