Jason Momoa Backs Out Of Wizard World Chicago Comic Con

As you may know, Shallow Graves is proud to cover Wizard World Chicago every year. Bringing you coverage from actors, voice actors, and cosplayers alike. This year Jason Momoa will not be attending the convention that he was recently shown to appear at. He will not be attending the convention so he can continue his protest for the TMT.

As you can tell based on this event and the fact that “Aquaman 2” production is no longer moving forward, this protest and event means a lot to Momoa and islanders that surround him. As discussed in our recent article about the production of the second Aquaman film.

“Aquaman 2” Production Is Not Moving Forward

Wizard World representative, Jerry Milani, has even confirmed the cancellation, issuing a statement that reads:

Due to unforseen personal circumstances, Jason Momoa will no longer attend the event.

Momoa currently is trying to create more and more pubic support for the protests and rallies using his social media presence. The actor turned activist doesn’t plan to stop his protesting anytime soon, even if it conflicts with the studio’s scheduling.
