Darkness Rains Upon The World Tonight…
Universal Pictures announced today that its series of films reviving the studio’s classic monster characters for a new generation will be known as “Dark Universe.” The motion logo for the new initiative features a musical theme composed by Danny Elfman and will debut in theaters preceding The Mummy, which will be released on June 9. The announcement includes details of the enterprise relaunching Universal’s iconic characters into modern cinema, as well as confirmations of superstar cast and that Academy Award® winner Bill Condon will direct Bride of Frankenstein. WHO COULD IT BE??

I know this movie may be old but It is still a great classic. “The Thing” haunts you, making you ask who is not really who they say they are. The movie also shows some pretty dated but still amazing practical effects, that honestly make the the creature look almost real. Yet I’m not here to praise or fault the movie I’m hear to explain a few things.
Zombie Movies Make NO SENSE!!!

If you fear a zombie you shouldn’t, well I guess you should, but don’t be to worried. A zombie infection is a high possibility. We already have diseases like rabies and others that cause people to display zombie like traits. Although we don’t have any diseases or infections that turn people into actual zombies, a zombie apocalypse is arguably the most realistic turn of events. With our technology not being nearly advanced to fear the rise of the machines, and laws placed to prevent a nuclear apocalypse, a zombie apocalypse is the most reasonable way for the end of the world.
I am not a huge fan of Ethan Hawke (his teeth annoy me) much less his movies, so imagine how surprised I was when I saw the trailer for his latest psychological thriller movie The Purge and decided to give it a shot. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did I waste 85 minutes of my life I can’t get back, this movie was neither psychological nor a thriller as it left me with many unanswered questions and if possible, even less of a fan of Ethan Hawke, his teeth, and his movies.
